Phiniotis river is a tributary of Diarizos river. Its named due to the attached village to the river, named Fini or Phini. A picturesque village nested between the peaks of Troodos mountain. Above the river there’s the Elias bridge, a sharp angle bridge spanning at 5.50 meters and 2.4 meters wide.
The combination of the river and the dense flora around, like oak trees, plain trees and cottonwood, create a magical and unique scenery. At the site, there’s a location called Reksimo (Passage), where one can see stalactites and stalagmites and small caves where the rocks form reddish crystals.
Bright light, clean air and water, the green color of the trees are some elements of nature that combine to create a scene of total relaxation and tranquility.
