Saint Nicolas small church is nearby the Golden Coast, next to the cove in Protaras. Saint Nicholas is the patron saint of sailors and that’s why the church is next to the sea.
The church is very simple, white and blue painted and reminds the Greek islands churches. Inside they are fresco paintings of the Orthodox saints.
Due to the magnificent scenery, many locals and tourists choose this church for special ceremonies such as Christenings and Weddings.
Saints Nicholas name day is on the 6th of December every year.
